If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it unworn/not used within 30 days of the order for a refund. Please complete the Returns Form Online, you will also find the address there.
Once the item has been received and the online returns form is complete, a refund will be made for the price of that item (not including delivery). Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s unless we delivered the Incorrect, damaged or defective item.

Once items are sent back, its inspected and then processed. You will then be notified via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment within 3-5 working days from email notification. If the refund does not appear in your Account after 7 working days from the day of notification, please Contact Us.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. In accordance with our returns policy, even if its been damaged from post or defective from manufacture.
Item(s) which have been damaged in transit,defective,or sent in error must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Customena Limited will only send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item once we have received and checked it.
All item/s including fix it kits must be returned.
Return the item(s) to us unworn in the original packaging and a full refund. Complete the Returns Form, giving the reason. Once we receive the incorrect item we will despatch the correct item if you require.
Customena Limited will check all items returned. If no fault is found, Customena reserves the right to re-charge you to recover fees and expenses.
Please note that you may be asked to provide a photograph of the damaged/defective/incorrect items.
