  • Will out of stock items be available?
    Unfortunately, no. The items on our website are exclusive designs by Customena with Trainer Heels. Once an item sells out, it will not be restocked. However, we are launching Trainer Heels soon, so please follow Trainer Heels on Instagram or Facebook for updates on upcoming releases. Thank you for your understanding.
  • What type of rhinestone crystals do you use?
    We use the highest quality crystal rhinestones from a reputable brand through our distributor Bluestreak Crystals, we can assure Authentisity .
  • Can Crys-Style customise products to my acquired crystal colour?
    Unfortunately, we cannot customise our products to match specific crystal colours. Our items on the website are exclusive designs by Customena with Crys-Style. To stay updated on the latest designs and collections from Crys-Style, be sure to follow us on Instagram.
  • Can you personalise wine glasses with a name or number?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer personalisation services for wine glasses at the moment. However, we are constantly expanding our product range and will introduce this service in the future.   • Will you do wine 2pc sets or sets of 6 pieces
    Unfortunately, we do not offer wine 2pc sets or sets of 6 pieces online at this time. However, we are constantly updating our products and offerings, so be sure to check our Facebook or Instagram pages for any updates or new products. If you do require 6pcs or more, please contact us
  • What type of payments do you take?
    We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro debit and credit cards including PayPal.
  • Are my card details stored in your system?
    No, your card details are not stored the system. You will need to enter your card details each time you purchase from us.
  • Can the item be shipped to a different address?
    You must enter your billing address when placing your order. Your delivery address must be entered at the time of purchase, and only this address the item will be sent. EU shipping: Not available at the moment. Worldwide shipping: You may find that your delivery charges will defer depending on country. You may have to pay a custom charge which is mandatory and is out of our control.
  • My order is unsuccessful?
    If your order is unsuccessful, it could be due to several reasons. Firstly, make sure that you have entered your card details correctly. This includes entering your name, card number, expiry date, and CVV code exactly as presented on your card. Other reasons for an unsuccessful order could be that your card has expired, your card is not authorized by the issuing bank, or your address has not been successfully verified. At Customena, we take fraud prevention seriously and use screening software to identify and stop fraudulent purchases. If you continue to have issues placing an order, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
  • What happens if my order is not in stock?
    If in any error Customena will notify you by email.
  • How much is delivery?
    Shipping is estimated by weight and may vary. FREE UK DELIVERY for orders more than £150 £4 – UK Tracked (2-3 business days) £25 – International Tracked (5-15 business days) Europe Tracked (unavailable)
  • How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
    Some items takes 48 hours to process days, while other items are ready for dispatch. Please check product description or shipping information.
  • Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?
    Once an order is placed online we cannot guarantee any amendments to colour or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please contact us if you have any issues
  • Where is my order reference number?
    Your order reference number should be visible on your invoice sent via email.

  • Can I exchange my item?
    Trainer Heels Yes, you can exchange items for different size within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all accessories and must not be worn, cleaned, or altered in any way. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we can issue a credit note in the form of a gift card when brand is launched or a refund. The gift card will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any other item from that brand. Crys-Style Yes, you can exchange items for different size within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at info@customena.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we can issue a credit note in the form of a gift card when brand is launched or a refund. The gift card will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any other item from that brand. BlingDon Please note that BlingDon wine glasses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
