RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and returned in resale condition.
Shoes showing signs of wear, marks, creasing, damage, or missing packaging may be refused.
No Exchanges
Due to limited stock and limited sizing availability, we do not offer exchanges.
Please ensure you select the correct size before ordering.
Founder Access Orders
Orders placed using a Founder Access discount code or special launch offer are non-refundable.
All Founder Access purchases are final sale.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after the return has been received and inspected.
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 working days:
