No, your card details are not kept in the system. You must input your payment information every time you shop with us.
My order is unsuccessful?
In case of an unsuccessful order, ensure precise entry of card details as displayed. Possible issues include expired cards and unsuccessful address verification.
EU shipping: Not available at the moment.
Worldwide shipping: You may find that your delivery charges will defer depending on country. You may have to pay a custom charge which is mandatory and is out of our control.
Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed online, amendments to colour or cancellations are not guaranteed. For any issues, please contact us.

When will I get my order?
Wine Glasses and Headwear take 48 hours to process, while other items are in stock and ready for shipping. Please refer to the product description for more details.

Can I exchange my item?
Exchange items for different size within 14 days. No returns/exchanges for Wine Glasses & Headwear. Credit note for out of stock items in form of gift card. Gift card valid for 24 months.
